The President is in charge of implementing this basic policy, the General Manager of the Responsible Care Department assists the President, and the Responsible Care Office is in charge of planning, guiding, and auditing company-wide initiatives.

We have acquired ISO 14001 certification for our environmental management system and are working to continuously improve our environmental conservation activities. In addition to strict compliance with laws and regulations, we are promoting measures to reduce environmental impact, such as reduction of energy consumption, proper management of waste, and safe handling of chemical substances. We recognize that ensuring the safety and health of factory employees is essential to our business activities, and will undertake the following activities to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

- Ensure that managers are aware of their responsibility to prevent all accidents in the workplace and act accordingly.

In December 2001, we acquired ISO 9001 certification and, in January 2018, moved to ISO 9001:2015.
